Three Types of Messages

Not every message is the same, so we sort them into three types to make your Inbox easy to scan.

🔔 Notifications

Everyday account activity and updates: A deposit landed, a payment cleared, a status changed

⭐ Offers

Deals, rewards, and product perks: A limited-time offer or a new feature you can try

⚠️ Critical

Time-sensitive alerts you shouldn't miss: A security or compliance alert that needs your attention

`A couple of things worth knowing:

• Critical alerts stay pinned at the top of your Inbox and can't be dismissed until the situation is resolved — so the most important things never get lost.
• Notifications and offers can be dismissed once you've read them, keeping your Inbox tidy.

Filtering your Inbox

You can filter your Inbox by type to quickly find what you're looking for — for example, tap to see just your account notifications, or just your offers.
