Can I cancel an ACH transfer?

Yes, you can cancel it online or in the app—if it hasn’t been processed yet.

To cancel a pending ACH transfer: 1. Go to Activity (on the web it's in the left menu; in the app tap More, then Activity) 2. Choose the transfer 3. Open Transaction Details 4. Choose Cancel Transfer

If you don’t see the option to cancel, this means the transfer has already been processed and can’t be stopped.
