If I lose my phone, how can I get verified to log in?
If you lose your phone, don't worry. You can still sign in to your account with email.
Here’s how:
1. On the code screen, choose Didn’t get a code
2. Choose to receive your code by email
3. Answer a couple of security questions to confirm it’s you
If your phone number changes, be sure to update your phone number in the Account tab online or in the Novo app, so your account info is up to date.
