How do I reset my password?
If you’ve entered your password incorrectly multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. Please wait at least 60 minutes before trying again.
To reset your password:
Select Reset your password on the login screen.
Then, follow the prompts to create a new password.
Make sure you’re using the correct login page:
User Login (for existing accounts)
Applicant Login (for applications in progress)
