Where do I find my virtual debit card’s details

You can view your virtual card details in the Novo app or on the web.

On the web:
1. Go to Cards
2. Select Debit Card
3. Click View Card Details

In the app:
1. Go to More
2. Choose Cards
3. Tap Debit Card
4. Choose View Card Details
5. Enter your password or use biometrics (Face ID) to continue.

You’ll be able to see:
Full card number
Expiration date
CVV
Cardholder name
Billing address (your business address)
