How do I initiate an ACH pull?

An ACH pull lets you move money from a linked external account into your Novo account. Transfers typically take 2–5 business days to arrive.

On the web: 1. Go to the Dashboard 2. Click Make a Deposit 3. Enter the amount 4. Click Review Deposit 5. Choose a linked account (or add a new one) 6. Confirm with your password

In the app: 1. Go to the Dashboard 2. Tap Add Money 3. Enter the amount 4. Tap Review Deposit 5. Choose a linked account (or add a new one) 6. Slide to confirm and approve with your password or biometrics

Keep in mind: Transfer limits apply Funds usually arrive in 2–5 business days

Make sure your linked account has enough funds to avoid delays or failed transfers.
