How do I dispute a debit card transaction?

You can file a dispute online or in the Novo app.

On the web:
1. Log in
2. Go to Activity
3. Choose the transaction
4. Click Dispute This tTansaction
5. Choose a reason and follow the prompts

In the app:
1. Log in
2. Go to Activity
3. Choose the transaction
4. Tap the Settings icon
5. Choose Dispute This Transaction
6. Choose a reason and follow the prompts

You may be asked to provide more details or supporting documents.

Once submitted, our team will review your dispute. If we need any more information, we’ll reach out.

You’ll get an email in 10 business days with next steps.

The full process can take up to 120 days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the proeeds by email.
