How do integrations work with Novo?

Your Novo account can connect with your other tools, so your data stays in sync and your workflows are simpler.

How to connect:
Go to Apps in your dashboard and choose the tool you want to connect. Then, you’ll sign in to that service to approve access.

What connections do:
Accounting and e-commerce: Tools like QuickBooks, Xero sync your transactions automatically
Payments: Tools like Stripe, Square, or PayPal let you accept payments and view balances in Novo

How Novo invoices work with connected tools:
Integrated payments (Stripe, Square, or PayPal/Venmo): Invoices are marked as Paid automatically
Manual payments (ACH or check): You’ll need to mark the invoice manually as Paid once money posts

Security:
Connections use secure APIs. Your login details aren’t shared with Novo.
