How do I cancel a Wise transfer?

You can only cancel a transfer before it’s sent.

If the transfer hasn’t been sent yet, you can cancel it and get a refund.

If the transfer is still in progress: 1. Open the transfer in Wise 2. Choose Cancel Payment 3. Enter your refund account details

Note that once a transfer is marked as complete, it can’t be canceled.

If needed, you can ask the recipient to return the money.
