How do I add a payee to my account?

You can add a payee online or in the app.

On the web: Move Money → Send Money → Add a recipient

In the app: Go to Move Money → Choose Make Payment → Tap the icon to Add recipient

From there, you can: Enter the recipient’s details yourself, or Send a request so they can fill in their own information

Before you send a payment, double-check everything. The name, account number, and routing number should match the recipient’s bank account exactly—even tiny mistakes can cause delays.
