How do I set up a direct deposit?

To receive direct deposits (ACH), you'll need to share your account and routing numbers with your payer.

On the web: Look at the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.

Open the mobile app → Tap More → Your Routing Number and Account Number are shown at the top — tap Click to see to view your full account number → Share these details with your payer.

You can also use the share icon in the app to send your details quickly.

What to expect:

Novo may appear as Middlesex Federal Savings, F.A. when your payer sets up the transfer

Some payment apps may not support ACH transfers

If you’re receiving international payments or payments in another currency, use a wire transfer instead.
