How do I dispute an unauthorized ACH transfer

You can dispute an unauthorized ACH transfer in the Novo app.

Please create this report as soon as possible. It needs to be filed within 48 hours of the transaction posting.

Here’s how to submit a dispute:

1. Log in to the app
2. Go to Activity (on the web it's in the left menu; in the app tap More, then Activity)
3. Find the ACH withdrawal and open the transaction
4. Tap Report an Unauthorized Debit
5. Answer a few questions so we can review it
6. Tap Submit Report
