How do I send an ACH push from my account?

An ACH push lets you send money from your Novo account to a payee. The delivery speed you choose affects how quickly the funds arrive.

On the web: Go to Payments → Choose Make a US Payment → Choose a payee or add a new one → Choose a delivery speed → Enter the amount and click Review Payment → Complete any required security step → Click Done

In the app: Go to Move Money → Choose Make a US Payment → Choose a payee or add a new one → Choose a delivery speed → Enter the amount and tap Review Payment → Complete any required security step → Tap Done

You may need to enter a one-time passcode (OTP) to confirm the transfer. If it takes some time, remember some transfers may be reviewed before processing for security.
