How do I initiate an ACH pull?

An ACH pull lets you move money from a linked external account into your Novo account.

On the web: Go to Move Money → Add Money → Enter the amount → Click Review Deposit → Choose a linked account (or add a new one) → Enter your password and Confirm Deposit.

In the app: Go to Move Money → Make a Deposit → Enter the amount → Tap Review Deposit → Choose a linked account (or add a new one) → Slide to confirm and approve with your password or biometrics.

Keep in mind: Transfer limits apply Funds usually arrive in 2–5 business days.

Make sure your linked account has enough funds to avoid delays or failed transfers.
