ACH deposit (pull) :

Moving money into your Novo account from another bank
Usually processes in about 1 business day
May take up to 5 business days to show in your account
Some transfers may have an additional 2-day hold

ACH payment (push) :

Sending money from your Novo account to a payee or external account
Typically arrives in 1–3 business days
Faster delivery is available with Express ACH (for a fee)

Incoming ACH transfers:

Money sent to your Novo account from another bank or payer
Usually arrives within up to 3 business days

Timing may also vary based on processing windows, weekends, and bank cutoffs.
