Why did my wire transfer fail?

There are a few reasons why a wire transfer might fail:

There wasn't enough money in the account
The wire instructions or recipient details were entered incorrectly
Wire transfers are temporarily disabled. This is a technical issue. You'll be notified when it's ready to use again
The transaction seemed risky (for example, online gambling)
