Why was my check rejected?

If your check was returned, you can check your email to see what went wrong.

Common reasons for this include:
Missing or incorrect endorsement (signature)
The written and numeric amounts don’t match
The check image is unclear or incomplete
Other issues with the check

If you think your check was rejected by mistake, reach out to Support in the app (More → Support) or on the web (click your profile menu in the top-right corner → Support).
