Why do I need to provide a US physical address when applying for an account?
We need your US physical address to confirm your identity. It's required under the USA Patriot Actwhich sets the rules for opening financial accounts.
If the address you provide is showing up as "undeliverable," you need to contact the USPS Management Systems office to let them know your street number, street name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code aren't in the database correctly.
