What kind of checks does Novo provide?

Novo provides paper checks, but not check books. Novo can mail paper checks for you through the app at no cost.

To send a check:
On the web app: Go to Move Money → Send Money → Choose your recipient (or add a new one) and set the payment method to Mailed Check → Enter the required details.

In the app: Click on Move Money → Make a Payment → Choose your recipient (or add a new one) and set the payment method to Mailed Check → Enter the required details.

You can send up to 10 checks per day. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

Tracking numbers aren’t available, but you’ll receive email updates on delivery.

At this time we don't provide cashier's checks.
