What if an additional user needs help with their application?

If you're an additional user on the account, and created a password, but didn’t finish the application, you need to log in to keep using the same email and password. If you forgot your password: 1. Go to the login screen 2. Enter your email 3. Select Forgot Password 4. Follow the prompts Once you log in, you’ll be taken back to the application.
